If we fail to work as per our customer’s expectation, we offer them a money refund service. We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Order cancellation within 24 hours: If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placement, we provide them a full refund or store credit. If in those 24 hours, our writer proceeds with the assignment, the customer cannot cancel it for a refund.

Failed assignment: We maintain high-level protocols for writing a top-notch and remarkable assignment. If our submitted assignment fails, the customer has to claim the refund within 3 weeks of submission with proof of failure.

High plagiarism score: If our content has plagiarism as proved by Turnitin, we offer a full refund and free revision service.

The refund period is limited to three weeks after our submission. We strictly do not entertain this offer after crossing three weeks. A full refund includes 90% of the total amount and a 10% reduction in the service charges.

CIPDAssignment offers unlimited free revisions and modifications. Our revision service is limited to two months only. We will entertain as many revisions as we can in these two months. These revisions do not charge an additional amount. We do not entertain free revisions under the following circumstances:

Request to add more information: If the customer has missed any requirement and information at the time of placing the order, additional charges apply.

Increase in word count: If the customer request to increase the word count, additional charges apply.

CIPDAssignment religiously follows all data breach and confidentiality rules. We have strict rules and regulations regarding privacy policy. We have installed highly encrypted software to make the payment procedure as safe as we can. We do not track customer’s payment activity. We do not save and view customer’s financial data and bank account information. The security software saves the data from being attacked by the hacker.

We do not outsource customer’s assignments to third parties or any other writing agency. We own our certified team of CIPD writers. We safely handle your personal information and CV data in our records.
